ok, it just my drawing for some city New Year and Christmas contest and I'm preeeeetty that this entry will not get 1st place because of one thing....what do judges want to see in the drawings for the contests? yup, ususally "cute" stuff or other similar crap...f*ck the system, get the dragon! :icony-u-noplz:
though the symbol of future year is Black Water Dragon, but trust me, when I just started making the drawing the Dragon was some black...buuuuut in the result somehow it became blue....
